Trucking

This project is near and dear to my heart and is my roots. Driving a truck for over 30 years I've got to see things and places most people haven't and that's why I feel my photography is so important to me. This project showcases the new and old trucks of this industry. These are trucks that our great grandparents may have driven all the way up to more current times that our sons, daughters, moms, and dads may drive today. Life on the road is hard in modern times it was even harder in times of the past. Decades ago the road system as we know it now didn't exist, the creature comforts that we as drivers take for granted now those men and women didn't have then. I got my start in 1995 and was trained by a guy who had 30 years in then, this isn't a job or a career it's a lifestyle and this lifestyle isn't easy by any means so be grateful, and be kind.
